NovaWhite Consulting helps small and medium-sized businesses in Sydney get more out of their technology and processes. Whether you’re running on spreadsheets and gut instinct, or you’ve outgrown an old system and don’t know what to replace it with, we can help you find a clear path forward.
We’re not a software vendor. We don’t have a product to sell you. Our only goal is to understand your business and recommend what will genuinely work best for you — whether that’s an enterprise platform, a free open-source tool, or simply a better way of doing what you’re already doing.

Our Approach
We start by listening. Before we make a single recommendation, we spend time with your team — learning how your business actually operates, where the friction points are, and what success looks like for you.
From there, we produce a clear, practical report outlining proposed projects and options. Some of these we can take on ourselves; for others, we’ll point you towards the right vendors or specialists.
Discovery First
Every engagement begins with a discovery phase — typically two to three days on-site or working closely with your team. We map your current systems and processes, understand your goals, and identify the gaps.
Clear Recommendations
No jargon, no vendor lock-in. You get a straightforward written report with specific, prioritised recommendations and honest cost-benefit assessments.
Flexible Delivery
Some clients want us to implement the solutions we recommend. Others prefer to take the report and run with it themselves or through existing vendors. We’re happy either way.
Technology We Work With
We have deep experience with leading business platforms including NetSuite (ERP and financials) and Salesforce (CRM and customer operations), as well as a range of free and open-source tools suited to businesses with tighter budgets.
Based in Sydney
We work primarily with businesses in the Sydney metro area, which means we can be on-site when it matters. We’re also able to engage remotely for businesses outside Sydney.
